About
We built the Shorts embed we always wanted.
EmbedShorts started from a simple frustration: YouTube Shorts are vertical, but every embed option forces them into a 16:9 box and steals your traffic.
The problem we kept running into
Short-form video is where attention lives. YouTube Shorts gets 70 billion daily views. Brands are putting serious effort into creating vertical content — and then losing it all because the only way to get it onto their website is a broken iframe that destroys the format.
The alternative was building it yourself: syncing Shorts automatically, triggering playback as the user scrolls, keeping the feed updated the moment new videos go live, and wiring up analytics to know what's working. A 2–3 week engineering project for something that should take 10 minutes.
We built that system, packaged it into a single <script> tag, and priced it so any brand can afford it — including a free tier with no view caps.
What we care about
Ship fast, iterate faster
We believe good software is a moving target. We deploy multiple times a week and treat every customer conversation as a product spec.
No surprise bills
Unlimited views on every plan is a promise, not a marketing line. We built our cost structure so we can keep that promise forever.
YouTube, not against it
We work with the YouTube API and iframe player — not around them. Your Shorts stay on YouTube. We just make them look better on your site.
Obsess over the embed
The widget is a single script tag under 15 KB. It loads async, respects your layout, and never slows your page down. Performance is a feature.
